What are the best aspects of this product?

This program helps us a lot in organizing our tasks, our schedules, and due dates. It has a pretty cool color-coding system. Designating tasks among the users is a breeze. The notifications can also be customized based on your needs. It's the best.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There are four things that need to be improved in ClickUp: (1) the chat view is a little confusing; (2) the default setting for notifications is "send to all" so it overwhelms our inboxes; (3) it doesn't allow multiple dropdown list to stay open; and lastly, (4) entering a subtask can still be improved to make it a more smooth process.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Our workflow was streamlined and we can do our processes more smoothly and quickly. It also increased the accountability within our team because we can track the tasks and who is in charge of these tasks.
