What are the best aspects of this product?
I use CloudApp to provide feedback on designs from multiple creative teams we use in my organization. It's easier to annotate a design than to type out bulleted lists of changes, adjustments, and corrections. I've saved untold hours from the way I used to provide feedback. I've also used the gif and record feature to give feedback on technical functionality on websites and send bugs or glitches to tech support.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I haven't run into anything I would adjust. I'm not a power user -- just need it to be fast and easy to download or share screenshots. It does exactly this.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
Maybe more seamless integration with apps I use for project management, like Asana. Right now, you can paste a link and it will pull an screenshot into the app. If I could stay in the native app, that would be ideal.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
As stated, I used to create Word docs or type long emails detailing feedback or tweaks to design files. Now, I just take a screenshot and annotate directly on the design. Game changer.
