PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

I love the annotate feature. I haven't used the video recording feature yet but I plan to test it soon. I also think it's cool that you can take a screenshot with the app or easily upload a preexisting screenshot or other documents to edit/share. Haven't tried the GIF creating feature but that sounds fun.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I haven't seen this critique yet, which I find surprising so I may be missing something here, but I wish we were able to copy the original annotated text from a screenshot after we've already created a link to share it. I write copy and consult businesses on how to increase conversions so I've enjoyed using the annotate feature for that purpose, however, I wish we were able to edit the original text after a link's been generated. It seems like you're able to annotate the same screenshot or document several times, but each time you create a link, any text from the prior "version" becomes fixed/noneditable.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

It would be cool if there were a way to edit the original annotated text after a link's been generated.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

A simple way to write and edit copy without needing access to the back house or associating the copy to the image. As long as you have a visual of the design or preexisting webpage, you can annotate a screenshot of it.
