PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

Easiness of creating screenshots, GIFs and screen recordings. It is go to tool for any IT professional and others as well. It makes the process of creating and sharing screenshots really easy. Also you will love the take screenshot and CTRL + V to paste link without having to manually copy the link.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

None really. Everything is flawless.
Although, onboarding flow sometimes confuses itself. I verified email and it won’t finish the onboarding process because it’s stuck in verify your email phase. No big deal though.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

Create custom shortcuts to have the end user pick their own custom combination. It would make my life a lot easier.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We were looking for sort of centralized system where we can store and upload all screenshots and recordings that we do for our presentations. CloudApp solved that problem for us.
