What are the best aspects of this product?

I love how secured this software is. We all know that having remote access to computers and its programs has some security risks, but I trust CloudBerry's good encryption. It has a user-friendly interface. I use it mostly for screen sharing and remotely controlling/editing documents.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I have nothing to dislike about this software!

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

This definitely improved internal communication among our team through lectures, screen sharing, and remote software control. Our team can now easily solve problems/issues about our projects despite working remotely.
