Amazing remote assistant

What are the best aspects of this product?

This software is extremely user-friendly and easy to install. It allows multi-monitor viewing and remote meetings!

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I have listed a few things that need to be improved in this software: (1) it doesn't have an Android and iOS support; (2) adjusting configurations can be tricky; (3) download process is a bit complicated; and (4) it doesn't have a remote printing feature!

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I used this software to assist my friends and colleagues remotely. This remote assistant allows me to access and control various machines/programs such as media players and CCTV.
