What are the best aspects of this product?
The ease of use and the multiple cloud based storage options to send backups too. There are advanced features for those that need them, but the simple backup Wizard guides you through the backup process.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Occasionally I run into some open file issues.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
I\\\'m not sure, the software package is fully featured and I have not desired a feature that isn\\\'t already incorporated into the software.

Finding a cost effective, robust backup solution for a special use case of backup in our company.
