I love that his software has a full and quick install options for remote users. This is especially helpful when immediate assistance is needed. This software is easy to set up and allows me to assist remotely and perform different tasks such as file transfer, screen sharing, and remote software controls.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I love every function of this software. I do hope they improve their customer assistance by adding more information to their FAQs.
