Remote administration of tasks

What are the best aspects of this product?

This software has many great features but what I like the most is the level of security it provides. When remotely accessing a device/software, it asks for the actual password of the device/software you're accessing. This program is really intuitive! Too amazing for a free software!

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The software sometimes hangs or crashes. I've encountered it a few times, but not really often. It also doesn't have an address book that is supposed to make reaching out to other users more easily.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It made remote administration of tasks possible, and I find it really useful.
