What are the best aspects of this product?

There are so many good things about this software -- ease of use, file transfers, secured sharing, remote control over software, screen swapping, etc. And did I mention that it's free?!

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

So far, so good. I just hope there's a documentation feature.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It makes me more productive even though I'm working remotely.
