The ease of use is commendable!

What are the best aspects of this product?

Cloudinary makes even the most complex editing task easy. From touching-up images, resizing it, and editing it--all have been a lot easier using this tool. It has a pretty flexible environment too, allowing us to tweak areas as we see fit. I continuously try to explore the facets of this program and I’m loving every second of it.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The price mostly depends on the number of visitors we have on the site. This means that if your website is doing well (as in our case), the price of Cloudinary can shoot up quite significantly. Despite the free space we still have on our image library, we’re still taking up too much space because of the sheer number of visitors on our site.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We’ve been able to publish images and videos quite easily on our site thanks to Cloudinary. So far, there hasn’t been anything worth complaining about regarding its functions. In fact, it has sped up the loading of images on our website, thus allowing us to deliver better customer experiences.
