What are the best aspects of this product?

ClubExpress continues to demonstrate that they have their customer's best interest in mind each time they release a new version. Each added feature comes with a video tutorial to help users understand how it works. The system is generally easy to navigate and use, and if this is not true for all users, their support team is always ready to assist. To top it all, this product is available for a very low price.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I hope there is a way to search through their tutorials more easily.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I appreciate how helpful and accommodating their support team is whenever we have concerns with regard to product use. I also really like how their dev team is working to improve this product’s flexibility. Only recently they added another events feature.
