What are the best aspects of this product?
ClubExpress helps us manage all the administrative functions that come with being an education provider. We use it for member registration, payment tracking, and class enrollment. The only issue that we had while using this so far was its lack of capability to handle a waitlist for full classes. CE’s team informed us that this will soon cease to be a problem as they will add this functionality in the next version. We highly appreciate the work that they do to improve their product and be able to cater to all of our club needs.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
There was a time when we cannot download reports to our desired format. This is no longer an issue since they added custom report features.

ClubExpress helped save a lot of our time by automating membership tracking and class registrations.
