What are the best aspects of this product?

This entire suite works really well for our needs. It functions as our central database system and class scheduling platform. It lets us manage membership renewals and payments.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We seldom encounter issues with ClubExpress. When we do, they are quick to respond and things are resolved right away.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

ClubExpress has made the task of maintaining a membership database easier. We have also been able to use its calendar feature to optimize our member’s perception of the value they are getting from what they pay.
