What are the best aspects of this product?

ClubExpress is well-structured and highly customizable. It can be modified to fit the needs of our association perfectly.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It would be more efficient to use if they would add an auto-save capability. Recent changes on the platform resulted in having to go through more complicated processes when performing even simple tasks like editing pages and adding emails. I wish they would make the platform more user-friendly for the older members of our workforce who are not as tech-savvy as the younger members.

We use this platform’s email features to improve our internal communications.
