What are the best aspects of this product?

All teams of ClubExpress are working well together to provide us with great customer experience. Their sales team has been very attentive to our organization’s needs and are providing ways to ensure that those are met. Their dev team worked with us to achieve our vision of a visually-appealing website. Their support team is highly responsive and has a very good understanding of how their product works and how issues can be fixed. The system itself comes with a comprehensive and up-to-date user manual. It is also equipped with both QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online integrations. They offer free trial versions; details of which will be made available to you upon call with their sales team.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We have been using ClubExpress for a long time now and so far our experience with them has been very satisfactory. There is nothing I can think of to dislike.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We rely on ClubExpress as our ASM provider since transitioning from professional to volunteer management. With this platform, we are able to communicate better with more than a thousand members. This has helped us provide better education among the people in our organization and devise a strategy for growing our membership.
