What are the best aspects of this product?

We rely on ClubExpress for the majority of our organizational needs. We have started the process to fully integrate this system with our website and be able to maximize its usability. As both members and volunteers see the benefits that come from using this platform, everyone is thrilled about the next steps.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There is a lot of room for improvement for their reporting feature and enhancements are already noticeable in the recent versions. I wish they would make it possible to change website content before updating. It would also be nice to have some space for experimenting with content.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We benefit highly from using this platform. Our favorite features include its calendar and event management system and discussion forums.
