What are the best aspects of this product?

I use this for communicating with architects and other stakeholders. It makes the information trail about the project clear. The documents and exchanges about the project are also easily accessible through this platform.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We have been encountering issues with regard to uploading specific documents to the system. We used to not have this problem and hope that it will be resolved soon.
