Great software and great dedicated support

What are the best aspects of this product?

Compatibility, performance in general, user friendly interface and dedicated technical support.
Quite surprised to see bad a few reviews from users that look to be a nonsense. I'm not getting such feedback from our end users, in fact, it's quite the opposite.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Performance with specific file format images underlays and PDF files. PNG and JPEG works great.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

Missing parametric, modelling history features and compatibility with STEP and IGES file formats.
That would be helpful, but I got a buzz stating that STEP and IGES file would be included in a future release.
We typically upgrade our software in order to keep our licensed maintained, and even so, it ends up been cheaper than the alternative solutions or subscriptions.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Access to .dwg CAD files huge history and keep collaboration compatibility.
