What are the best aspects of this product?
IntelliCAD coordinates your 2D drawings with your 3D model. The interface and layout is welcoming. It's very effective in drafting and designing technical plans.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
It has very little instruction on how to use the software. If you are a new CAD designer, you'll need to invest time in learning.

User that know how to use Autodesk AutoCAD typically do not have any issues on running CMS IntelliCAD software.
Anyways, users that require dedicated assistance on how to use have the option to purchase a support pack subscription.

That said, nothing stops you from getting the required support to run CMS IntelliCAD CAD Software considering that you've not the Autodesk AutoCAD end user necessary skills.
