What are the best aspects of this product?

I use CocoSign for all of my client contracts and documents. It helps me a lot move my projects on at a fast pace whilst keeping the carbon footprint down of printing and posting. And it's reasonably priced for the service.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Honestly, there is nothing not to like, It is easy to use and worth the try.
