
What are the best aspects of this product?
Experience out-of-the-box has been great. Setup was top notch. Just about everything is polished. Having unlimited storage a great IT perk. It's also a major selling point for our loyal clients. UI is crispy clean and easy to comprehend.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Our customer success manager tends to be busy without replying timely to e-mails. Things seem busy and it's never a good idea for me to contact them before reaching out to online chat. As for the PROe version, the co-branding can only be see on the initial stages of login/setup. But after that, you no longer see it. At times, error messages on the Master Server/client end up being vague.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We previously ran an older backup solution. Thing was, it cost us a lot of money. Its simple billing and ROI were simple enough for calculations and realizing the amount.
