What are the best aspects of this product?
CrashPlan functioned just like how any backup solution should. It's user-friendly. Customizing it can easily be done. CrashPlan utilizes very little computer resources. It silently operates and never interrupts your system.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I can't to dislike CrashPlan. So my only issue here is that I got nothing about the software.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We're trying to shield ourself from any malware attack capable of hijacking our system. If the system can no longer be recovered, CrashPlan would come to the rescue. In fact, they helped us out in several occassions. It does an excellent job in computer re-deployment. This benefitted our IT department greatly.
