My personal review.

What are the best aspects of this product?

It simply functions admirably. It runs quietly in the background. It ensures all your files are stored in a safe manner offsite. Setup and configuration was easy. You can make configurations on which folders you want to make a backup of.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There's really nothing to hate its basic application. Having an e-mail notification if something was restored would be an excellent security function.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We use Crashplan as our own offsite backup solution for our sensitive data. Having an extensive backup system not only involves backing up system, but it also entails moving backups to an offsite location. Crashplan allows us to have this function. Its intervention is either minimal or none.
