What are the best aspects of this product?

I like its LDAP integration. The process is seamless when the app is deployed to desktop PC or laptop. The dashboard is user-friendly. Useful details can be spotted on the main page. An app with low overhead. I like how it can be backed up on set schedule. It can be manipulated so it won't use up bandwidth.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It's currently not compatible with the iPad. Our users who use iPads can't back up data. So for now, we're resorting to an iCloud.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I like how its Unlimited Retention work. Being able to throttle backups is great. This is ideal if you happen to have a metered bandwidth or on a limited broadband speed. I like its LDAP integration. Deploying the app to a laptop or desktop PC is seamless.
