What are the best aspects of this product?
The out-of-the-box functionality and set up is excellent. Just about everything in it s polished. UI is crisp and clean. It's simple to understand. All that's needed is a 5-minute tutorial and users can start using it.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Typically, our customer success manager is busy with things and rarely makes timely e-mail replies. It's understandable. It's never recommended to contact them directly unless you get their online chat support first. On the PRO version, co-branding works admirably well although it can only be seen during login/setup. At times, error messages can be vague on the Master Server and/or client.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We previously ran an older backup solution that was way too costly. Its simple billing as well as ROI were simple enough to make calculation and realize results. Data storage is constantly growing and a limitless backup option is necessary. This is especially true in an environment where research-intensive tasks are involved. An online management console lets us look into trends and remotely answer customer issues.
