What are the best aspects of this product?
Providing a JIRA alternative with a more responsive interface is a great idea.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The customer support is just sad. As I write this review, Mark (the only customer support agent) has not replied to my messages for three whole days, despite there being huge issues and gotchas in the interface.
Feature requests we raise are shot down by providing barely workable workarounds.
There's no reason to block the user from doing things.
You cannot, for example change the owner of the project, or change admin rights on a user.
Access control needs a revamp.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
Unnecessary status locking. You can't change epics for a task in an active sprint for example. Neither can you move them out of a sprint easily. Like seriously, these are things that people do all the time.
There are an awful lot of bugs
