Great System and Customer Support

What are the best aspects of this product?

The customer support team is excellent. They are very helpful and have made the transition very smooth.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The time difference between support team and us is very large which limits the communication we have with them.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

Faster sync times between both systems in order to optimize our processes.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We wanted to have a CRM and not use our ERP for the system anymore. Commercient allowed us to sync the information between both systems.
