What are the best aspects of this product?
The support team works with you to create a customized connection that does only what you need it to, resulting in cost savings and ease of use. It helps us eliminate the need to reenter most sales information from Hubspot into Netsuite and reduces entry errors.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
It is sometimes annoying that changing things like pipeline names or deal stages requires SYNC to be reconnected by the support team. However, the support team is quick and does so easily, so it isn't generally much of an issue.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
Nothing, this service does exactly what we need it to do.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
When a deal was closed in Hubspot, an admin or sales person had to manually enter the sales order information into Netsuite. This resulted in a lot of user generated errors and wasted a lot of time on duplicating information. SYNC allows most of the sales order information and company information to come over automatically so the admin only has to add a few things to the sales order before approving it to be fulfilled. It has saved us a ton of time and reduced the amount of errors on sales orders.
