It's an all-in-one package for us. Inventory management, accounting, employee scheduler, compliance and back office, everything is streamlined under a single system.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Expectedly, any robust system can be complicated at first. There's a lot of details to work on.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Our restaurant operations are more streamlined. We can manage stocks with more accuracy. We can see where we're making the most and the least. It also helps us conduct better performance evaluation.
