The calendar tool helped me a lot to spread out my staff's schedule in a way it matches the day's order volume. Our inventory is also always optimized, no less no more.

There must be a simpler way to allow staff members to see each other's schedule. Maybe an overview of the entire staff schedule?

Staff can get notified easily via push notifications on their phones. This is convenient for them and the managers. Everyting is transparent and clear. No more missed schedules or miscommunication.
