What are the best aspects of this product?

CompensationXL is intuitive and easy to use. HR can use the excellent reporting and analytics features to assess the process and monitor the work of managers. Companies can use the app’s flexibility for their salary planning work. The vendor’s support team was fantastic and helped us get started easily and quickly.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The only minus point is the software allows a feed of employee data only at the opening of the cycle and not more frequently.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We use CXL for our global salary planning process. They system is great as we can set business rules and run reports. Managers and regional HR staff can do their planning easily. Plus, we have set up an approval process for senior managers. CXL is a big improvement over using Excel spreadsheets. It has helps us save time while performing the salary planning process.
