PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

With CXL, we don’t have to worry about the manual errors involved in using multiple spreadsheets. Plus, the app improves data integrity.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I wish I could make changes in the software without needing to download a new Excel file. Plus, we are not able to feed our ADP payroll system directly into CXL and have to depend on manual loads.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We use CXL for our merit process. Unfortunately, we cannot feed our payroll system directly into CXL and vice versa, otherwise could use it as an approval process solution for salary changes outside the time frame of the merit process.
