Intuitive and user friendly system

What are the best aspects of this product?

The software is intuitive and flexible and it is easy to make changes and adjustments. It was easy to implement the system. The reporting analytics are excellent. The customer support is prompt and resolves our issues quickly.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The only drawback is it is a bit difficult to update employee demographics.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We use CompensationXL for our focal merit process and the software makes it easy for us to monitor our merits in a centralized hub. The app also helps us track progress from our managers and is a huge improvement over using Excel spreadsheets for the task. It is easy to generate data analytics which we produce for our CFO.
