ConceptDraw Mindmap is a quality tool

What are the best aspects of this product?

Among a dozen mindmapping software I have used and tested, only ConceptDraw actually provided me with everything I am looking for a mindmapping tool including quality. I have already used several versions of it and not even one fall short of expectation. ConceptDraw Mindmap is generally good and lets you do a plethora of things but if you want to get more out of it, I suggest trying the integration with CD or CD project. It's relational, theming, as well as arranging tools are pretty intuitive and very easy to use. It also offers a lot of free, useful additions.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I generally had a great experience using the CD universe but I find it quite costly compared to other solutions in same category. You can even find decent solutions now for free. Apart from the price, I also had issue using the Outline view. I cannot change the font as well as font size to the one I prefer. So I ALWAYS have to manually reset the font for every new work, which is quite tedious. Not a deal breaker, though.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It basically helps me organize my ideas or any information needed, making them easier to digest for the audience. Generally, we use it for various purposes like organizing ideas of a project, creating visual aids for a presentation, or keeping track of information or process of a project.
