ConceptDraw MINDMAP is a well-structured and user-friendly software. It offers a wide array of tools for creating designs. Images are great additional elements. We are able to produce excellent designs using this software.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We think the user interface could be improved in order to appear less CAD-like and more visually-appealing to its adult users.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

This is a great tool for thinking with a team and mapping out ideas for creative projects.
