What are the best aspects of this product?

This software works well with MS office applications like PowerPoint and Word so if you are using those tools you can integrate them with this solution with ease. But if you don't, there's no need to sweat. You can create your own visuals or presentations from inside this Mindmap.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There are constraints in the bubble formatting; would be nice if it would be improved. Other than that, this tool is generally efficient and helpful.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

ConceptDraw Mindmap is the very first mind mapping tool I have purchased and used and so far it is pretty helpful. It got the key features that most of the mind mapping tools I have come across the offer. Above all, it slashes time spent on Mindmap formatting so I'm able to finish presentations quickly.
