What are the best aspects of this product?
There are many template to present the ideas. That helps me to always choose the most fit ones to present to different department from engineers to marketings.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
to custom edit the text/font etc for each block

More templates. I like the way conceptdraw is always evolving.

I use this software for team communication to explore all of their possible concerns in my IT projects. This help everybody to speak loud freely and that help me to sort out the reasons to improve our new IT structures.
