What are the best aspects of this product?

Never had any difficulty finding my way around this platform. It is pretty simple to use and is nicely designed. Good tool for organizing ideas and collaborating with other users.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Sometimes, the app crashes whenever I use some of its features.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

The tools that allow multiple users to work together simultaneously has been very helpful. We're able to brainstorm and find the best way to present ideas and make them easier to visualize.
