I like it because it’s relatively easy to figure out how to use it.

What are the best aspects of this product?

I am in charge of overlooking tons of projects simultaneously, and it can cause me to incur some misses on my end. To ensure that I am doing my job well, I am using Concept Draw to distribute and follow up on tasks to all staff members in our department. I can easily add or close off tasks using the app without affecting the project's structure or format. Also, it's easier to gather ideas from everyone and submit proposals to higher-ups in a short time.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The deadlines can change without advising the task owner, so he/she has to check the app every day to see if any changes have occurred and have it adjusted accordingly.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Beneficial to our departments and project managers. The diagrams are easy to create and understand, so I can assign tasks accordingly without causing conflict among my team members. You would be able to determine the status of each project in just a single glance.
