What are the best aspects of this product?

I really appreciate the fact that we have an app that thoroughly analyzes all of our work assignments. It helps us decide whether it's a good idea to push through with a certain project or not. Concept Draw is a one-of-a-kind application that I would like to maximize in terms of features, functionality and performance monitoring, and so much more. With this app, I have accomplished a lot of projects, which I am thankful for.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Before deciding to purchase or install a new program within your business, you need to make sure that you have a reliable internet service provider that you can work with all the time. The performance of the app will definitely be compromised if the speed is not up to par. We did experience some lags with the Concept Draw Project until we switched providers and made the app undergo some upgrades in the process.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I must say that this software is powerful enough to help us drive better projects in the company. I must admit that we really use this application because it gives us more than enough guidelines for going about our tasks and business decisions. It keeps me updated with what's going on with each project, making sure that we won't miss any critical steps along the way. It gives me more confidence to make new proposals and encourage my entire team to be part of all the projects that I have in mind. So far, Concept Draw has exceeded my expectations.
