A valuable business investment; a powerful diagramming tool

What are the best aspects of this product?

I like the wide range of tools available to create both small and huge diagrams, the ease of sharing outputs with our colleagues, the ability to share our work either as a Cad file, web pages, or other graphic files, and the numerous export options. This tool is really efficient in creating professional diagrams, flowcharts, and illustrations. We are also able to create excellent presentations, blueprints, maps, organization charts, and many more.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Not all fonts and objects work and the platform does not offer import or export options for CAD files. When creating big diagrams, the system freezes. I also don’t like the user interface. It looks outdated. Apart from that, I have to use our own disk-space because the software does not offer cloud storage. Lastly, there are times when the support team weren’t able to solve issues immediately and we have to wait for more hours or days.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We are able to access a wide range of drawing tools for creating professional, powerful and dynamic visualization. ConceptDraw has been a very helpful tool in our department and I’m sure it can also help you. So if you are creating reports like marketing reports with charts and graphs and want to make it exceptional, I suggest you give this tool a try.
