What are the best aspects of this product?

ConceptDraw Pro is an excellent platform that offers not only native features but also “solutions” that comes either pre-packaged with the software or available to be imported through the cloud. Some of the solutions are paid but if you are short on budget, you can just choose from the wide collection of free options. Aside from that, I also like the ConceptDRAW store. It eliminates the worries related to losing your work in progress. The store app is where you can retrieve your projects and even the system updates. We basically use ConceptDraw to plan out physical space and the likes but it also serves as an effective and incredible tool for creating presentations. It can be a good alternative to Keynote PowerPoint presentations. We also use the platform to create detailed projects, making it a good supplement to ConceptDraw MindMap.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There’s no way to import structured data like csv. or Excel. It would be great if the company will add this functionality. It would surely take the game in a whole new level. Aside from that, the price of paid solutions cannot be viewed directly from the Store. If you click the “Buy” button, you’ll be directed to the website where they have the price list.

It has helped us with our processes, theoretical and intellectual assets, information modeling, etc. and save time. Its integration with Mindmap and Project has also helped us accomplish more.
