Great for creating presentations and flowcharts

What are the best aspects of this product?

We use this solution to create flowcharts for complicated processes to eliminate confusions when it comes to responsibilities. I’m able to create easy to understand flowcharts that clarify roles within the department.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Sometimes, I have a hard time getting chart elements to properly line up. I think that’s the only not-so-nice thing about using the software.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I’m able to create graphic representations for complex processes and let project participants know exactly what their roles are.
