What are the best aspects of this product?

- Awesome stencil selection

- Easy to use (far better than Visio)

- performs well in most cases

- Support, Odessa standby their product they are both responsive and friendly

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Can under perform with very large multipage drawings

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

I would like to see native git integration so drawing case be stored in aversion control repository with out having shell out on the command line

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I am a Mac user and Concept Draw has really solved the problem of no Visio for Mac
