What are the best aspects of this product?

This CMS is very easy to use, robust and helps us improve. It is easy to personalize themes from pre-built themes without sacrificing proper arrangement. This helps us accomplish many things such as setting up automated tasks and completing packages.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Installing the tool consumes a lot of time, and installing updates means adding new parts to the platform. As a result, we’ve experienced some problems during installation such as the process failing or timing out. Concrete5 also needs some boosts for its quick versioning feature, as well as its community needs some improvements for providing support and creating plugins. We often find ourselves finding solutions for certain problems while using the platform.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Concrete5 is helping us a lot in terms of building websites for our clients. It has everything we need such as plugins, themes and different page types.
