Excellent SEO tool

What are the best aspects of this product?

We use Conductor Searchlight every day, mostly for SEO, but also for SEM. Their Explorer tool is very helpful for in-depth research, which I mostly do. Other highlight features include content mapping, content performance analysis on both website and social media platforms. Their customer service is tops. They are prompt in their replies, regardless of who responds and always ready with solutions to our issues.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It would be even better if keyword updates are made easier instead of manual spreadsheet uploads formatted in a certain way. Conductor could do really well in expanding expertise in terms of location: it's good for North America, but outside it needs work, especially with a global company like ours.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Conductor makes my SEO life a lot easier. I'm able to sort through keywords, track, audit, and review them, along with recommendations that are very helpful when it comes to boosting performance organically.
