What are the best aspects of this product?

Conductor's customer service team provides 24/7 support via chat messaging. They provide additional tips about their service, and how we can fully optimize the product according to what our team needs. They seem to have endless patience and always at the ready to help us resolve issues in the best possible way. Of course, it also helps that Conductor in itself is a user-friendly tool. We can easily find our way around the site and create dashboards that we can share with other teams.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Nothing bad to say about Conductor at all.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We were able to resolve brand awareness issues and what people ask about us. We've restructured our website and other platforms like YouTube and our e-Commerce page, according to insights culled from Conductor.
