What are the best aspects of this product?
It's a huge and robust program that, with premier especially, can be quite customized, integrated with payment processors and can generate, send, get approval and compliant signature capture all online and while there are a lot of good quoting tools out there that integrate with ConnectWise PSA, CW CPQ has the best integration.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Because of so many settings, the learning curve can be a little steep.

More features for lower tiers such as Basic and Standard
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
I am an independent CW PSA and CPQ consultant and work with many PSA and CPQ environments, when setup properly, you can send out small product quotes or large proposals very quickly and efficiently and have it all sync to PSA and use conversions to streamline your sales handoff process and new sales, new customer onboarding process saving time for everyone in Sales, Finance etc.
