PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

CC has wonderful email templates, and I love using them. I’m working as marketer and I have to say that Constant Contact meets all my needs to run variety of industries. I like that I can make my own with drag and drop features. I like that we can use some of its features in our mails and on our website.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Customizing colors can be difficult. For e.g. I tried to put black background on my email and I couldn’t do that.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We are managing over 200K contacts thanks to Constant Contact. It allows us to design each mail, preschedule them. One of the greatest benefit is that this tool saves us lot of time.
